It's A Blog
It's been awhile since I've changed anything on our web page, but I've been busy with a new project. I've been learning how to create a blog. This blog will either be an additional way for our class to communicate what we are learning and doing, in our classroom, or it may replace our web page, as our primary way to communicate with our families. My plan is to have students post their own writing about what they are learning, doing and enjoying.
Take a peek at the blog and let me know what you think. You'll find the link at the bottom of the Navigation column, to the left.

| Right In Your Backyard !! Parents, did you know that MIT's Lincoln Laboratory has a Science on Saturdays program? Following is a quote from their homepage. Follow the link for more information.
"Science on Saturday events are fun, free science demonstrations at Lincoln Laboratory and are given several times each school year by our scientists and engineers. All local community K–12 students, their parents, and their teachers are welcome to attend these events. Some previous Science on Saturday events have focused on cryogenics, electricity and magnetism, acoustics, chemistry, optics, ions, hands-on engineering, and mathematics."
